I specialize in Macintosh setup service and repair and am certified by Apple as a Support Professional. I am also very comfortable working in Windows, Linux, and OpenBSD environments. I do work with VOIP systems, Home and Small Business networking, VPNs, VLANs, and a whole bunch of other potentially confusing acronyms.
